This Friday cooking is not like other week, because this week is Appetizer Party! No soup, no main dishes, only finger food. I guarantee you will be full at the end of the day. Appetizers are usually quick and easy, and I manage to make 3 appetizers in less than an hour. The first was greatly inspired by
Dragon's Kitchen and I couldn't resist to try her recipe. So, check out her blog. I always wanted to make garlic bread and this is the best garlic bread I ever tasted. You can really taste the garlic and the butter, and it is very moist in the middle and crunchy on the outside. Since I didn't have fresh herbs at my disposal, I used Italian seasonings instead.
Serves 6

5. Place bread on aluminium foil lined with baking sheet. Place bread in the oven for 10 mins or until toasted.
